I watched your videos and have rented both a cat 308 and 313 to clear farm roads thru trees very similar to this on my dads farm in South Alabama. He was skeptical at first, but was amazed at how much work these machines can do. Loads of fun and they are tremendously useful. Thanks for the videos!

Increasable job well done. Even with the added on extra work Chris got it done. People don't understand sometimes that if you don't survey and fence property properly your neighbor can legally seize portions of you land on their side of the fence. It happened to my dad on our property. About 2 feet got sized by him because the person before us who sold my dad the house didn't out the fence on the lot line. But then the jackass got hit with a huge tax bill and penalty for underpaying his property taxes for a couple of decades for that strip of land so at least my dad got a good laugh out of that.

@gregfeldman68182 жыл бұрын

@warrenmichael9182 жыл бұрын
With operators that are as fast and good as Chris, once they are on a bid job, the homeowners feel good enough about them to let them go hourly on many side projects or just expanding the bid project. They see how much he gets done and how well he does it. Chris is really good but so are many many others , the difference is how he takes pride and makes sure his jobs are just in that top tier of quality!
@dcs53432 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the reply, Chris. With your level of efficiency I imagine you do really well, almost giving you a competitive advantage over other contractors. And I am going to assume you have an impeccable reputation around your area that helps you get more jobs. When customers have that much faith in you, they will tend to agree to hourly rate with little hesitation and without constantly checking your progress. Thanks for the videos.
