beginners and also the end of intermediate. Carulli has lots of those. They sneak up on you. You get a better grasp where you're bored with some of these for a while and then you say wait, lemme play around with that part where he builds tension and see what else I can do with it, and suddenly you're back into it getting really rejuvinated in the song again. :)

Funky guitar ... The modern design has evolved but interesting to hear the piece from an instrument from the era it was created roughly that is ...

Isn't this Etude by Ferdinando Carulli?
@belascialoja48127 жыл бұрын
Yes - Frederick Noad, in his first volume, calls it "Etude" - but in the wonderful old Carulli method, which I can send you a link for, in PDF, it's called "Andantino."

Are the frets on this guitar closer to each other than on a modern guitar? Also, how hard is it to press the strings, and what is the tuning used there? Thanks for answers.

It is under andantino in quiet a few textbooks actually
@belascialoja48124 жыл бұрын
@@bellageorgiou4358 - True; the "titles" given to these beautiful, super-popular beginner pieces vary. I think Frederick Noad, in his famous text, calls this one "Etude" and the popular one in G major he calls "Andantino," or something like that. Both are by Carulli and both are 1st position gems. To play them well -- musically, that is -- takes a good deal of time, usually.
