being Nolen Bushnell and Ted Dabney of clurse. Nolen Bushnell is the one used to be Jack Walten i believe, and the best part is he not only founded Atari, but also Chuck E Cheese. you know. the pizzeria home to dancing animatronics. looking up images of them together brings up results almost entirely of them with the game Pong, which look pretty similar to how Jack and his bestie look in the walten files.

Something I’d like to note, when Ashley plays the tape with Billy’s cassette player, after each name there is a certain noise all of which are the same except for Sophie’s. It appears to sound like a sound effect signifying right (for the other names) and wrong (for Sophie). Not quite sure what the meaning behind it but it certainly singles Sophie out and emphasises that she’s different. Perhaps it’s a checklist of who’s been “made beautiful” and Sophie is next.

Something i feel nobody pointed out. The cassette tape Ashley finds is labeled from june 11th. And next to it, a photo of the main cast, excluding billy, on the 28th of that same month. This is just a theory, but did the contents of that tape result in billys removal from the franchise?

@@onatkalkan4907 pretty much he supported some organizations and politicians that a lot of his fan base disagreed with so a lot of people stopped supporting him and a couple went too far and doxxed him, and as a result of all of that he made the decision to retire. Bad situation all around, people had the right to be upset but not to the extent that some of them were.

While I love FNAF, Walten Files is my favorite kind of horror in which it rarely, if ever, relies on jump scares in order to be scary and instead goes with themes and actions that are shockingly real, macabre, and very subtle.

I actually felt as though TWF had too many jumpscares! But I still enjoy it quite heavily. Despite having the 'haunted animatronic' theme, it's fresh, engaging, horrifying, and the story is fantastic. Martin does a great job getting us to sincerely care about the characters, it's amazing!

Once in a doctor who episode there was a ghost who listed the names of a bunch of characters who later all died in some way, it wasn't just a list though, the order of the names that the ghost recited was the order in which those characters died. It's probably not connected but I just thought it was an interesting similarity

not sure if this is correct, but “sophie’s pills” were pills that were taken to forget the death of her parents, jack and rosemary, and her siblings, edd and molly. That’s why when she plays the game, everything starts to come back.
