WELL I MEST up again I should have clean the tank the first time when I had the fuel pump out and maybe I would not had to go back and work on it again 3 times Eating my words big time.........when I though I had it fixed .....If you run in to a problem like I did CLEAN the FUEL TANK.......sorry the video is so long....

If you have water in the fuel tank, then just add 100 ml of rubbing alcohol 90 degrees inside. Water will mix with it and burn.

Thank you for the info and yes I forgot about that but I don't know water was in the tank at the time all I know is that the bike was not running right after cleaning the second fuel filter it's running great now I working on a 1600 Vulcan with the same problem and I cleaned it and found out that one of my injectors has been sticking open got a video coming out Friday at 5 CST can't wait to get the new injectors to put it back again thank you for your comment 👍

(Sorry for my bad english, im from brazil) Thanks a lot! I got the same noise coming from the gas pump in my bike, also lost of power and engine failure in high speeds, i followed your instructions and fixed my bike. THANK YOU. However, another problem came up after this fix, the engine wont keep running in idle, for example, everytime i stop in a traffic light, put it in N, the engine dies. Would you have any idea whats causing this problem? Maybe i assembled the gas pump incorrectly?

Hello. I have a ZX10R 2008, and my bike lose power when accelerate more than 7000 rpm. I changed the filter that is on the base of the pump but mu problem continues. I would like know if i can cut that cover to clean better the filter of the regulator. Thank you..

Thank you for your comment sir do not cut eney thing on this see if you can back fuss the second filter do not cut it or see if you can get a new one
