Hey Aaron, that 3D printer is pretty cool! So glad you have those tie plates now! I surely like the around tuit plaque, that speaks the truth for many of us out here, me included! I'm sorry about the chickens you lost a few weeks ago! Do you know what kind of preditor got them? Hope you find a way to prevent that from happening again. Your mogul steamer short clip showing the carbon / ash buildup on the firebox was surprising, I would have thought it to be a seal also! Looks like the original owner used her a lot, must have really enjoyed her! I hope you get her rebuilt soon! Take care!

Technically it is an almost round tuit. 😉😊 My father gave me one of those he made out of a piece of cardboard about cleaning my room as that was my standard phrase when I was a teenager. Thanks for the morning giggle.

great Idea “ TUIT” coins! just to remind people to stay on task! and organize their time daily. the 3D printers are amazing! they can do so much that would take hours on mills and other machinery hope you are getting better weather! 27 inches of snow { you know that 4 letter word!} really can cause extensive damage to homes and property. take care Aaron.

Favorite phrase as a kid. I’m surprised resin is strong enough for tie plates in your temperatures, would have thought you’d need FDM, that’s awesome tho that it works.

I’m making FDM ones for him and I was surprised at how well the resin ones worked, at least as far as installing them. Remains to be seen how they take the elements. I still think the carbon fiber nylon FDM ones I did will hold up the longest.
