INGREDIENTS for the baking tray 42x32 cm:
4 Eggs
1 Pinch of salt
320 g of sugar
16 g vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract)
120 g soft butter
180 g odorless vegetable oil
360 g of flour
20 g corn starch
12 g of cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp vinegar (5-9%)
280 ml buttermilk (or yogurt) (room temperature)
the cake base is baked for about 25-30 minutes at 170° Celsius (340°F) upper-lower heat without convection on the middle rail until it is ready, and check with a wooden stick to keep it dry and clean
480 g canned peaches
INGREDIENTS for the cream:
400 ml cold whipped cream (min. 30% Fat),
16 g vanilla sugar
24 g cream stiff
120 g of powdered sugar
800 g cold sour cream
Physalis and powdered sugar as a decoration (as desired)
