You need some professional marketing. There is no reason your brand and name should be less than Larry’s. Larry has worked hard at procuring his name and status in the fitness world and you can do the same Capt America!

If he hits 2300@198 it 100% makes him the greatest raw power lifter ever. Most will say he is now but hopefully social media does it’s thing and all the big influencers will help spread his name because John doesn’t live on social media like most younger influencers

I think he isn't focused on social media that much. He said he editing his videos by his own. It takes time so I guess he is enjoying it and just doing what he loves , powerlifting. But I agree he should be more recognizable

What Mac said. Make sure to get your protein too. Shoot for something around .8-1.2g/lb body weight.

No, most of my programs don't have any SBD days. They can be useful though for getting you used to how taxing a meet can be.
