At least once a week, a full-body workout is highly recommended because you need to actively move all your resting muscles.
Everyone has muscles that are resting because most people only do their favorite exercises.
Don't forget to keep those resting muscles active.
⏱️ A good diet can help you get more out of your workouts.
⏱️ Don't go too hard on the first exercise, use it to warm up a tight body.
⏱️ If you have a hard time completing exercise, try increasing the rest between movements by 5 to 10 seconds.
⏱️ Try 2 to 3 sets in a row depending on your proficiency.

"Burn muscle" in the sense that you're working that muscle intensely. That is what will strengthen it and make it hard. You can't literally "burn" a muscle.

Yep! Jocko Willink Recommends that if you don't have time for the gym, get up early every morning and perform 100 Burpees. I say 110 Burpees! Or better yet, 110 Burpee Pull Ups with Toes To Bar
