Looking forward to the build! This is a classic mid-century filling station, repurposed for the inspection station, but can be used at any era from the 50s on up!

Very cool building to recreate Bob! Great start, looking forward to what you do with it. Good luck on your first scratch-build - Mark certainly is a great inspiration. No doubt working on this is more fun than doing your taxes (experience talking there, lol).

Are you in town Saturday April 6? I have a bunch of commitments and two trips between now and then. And it needn't be Saginaw if you have a better place, especially one more equidistant between us. There is a great TexMex place across from the Saginaw depot if we want to do lunch. El Sombrero. Might be able to see trains out the window.

Thats a great idea of laying out your paper copy to the styrene.. Definitely a time saver from transferring measurements..

We'll see. Not sure what adhesive will be best and if the paper will tear. Thanks for the comment Pappy. Moving back to PGH in a few months and will try to horn in on one of your railfanning get togethers. Haha

@@PKWModelwerx i think they make a light spray adhesives for that kinda work, cant remember the name, seen it in someone's video. horn in all you want, that would be great to meet ya..
