SOS is Dimash masterpiece!! SOS is an existentialist song, about ups and downs in life, depression and death, when you feel you don’t belong here. The Singer , it was a Chinese show for highly respected singers to compete, Dimash was the only non Chinese singer invited because the producer saw him perform for the Chinese and Kazakh presidents and was very impressed. He is from Kazakhstan and was the youngest ever competitor in 2017 at only 22 years old. This was his first performance on the show and the audience went wild for him. When the show was broadcast on tv he had to have bodyguards for the first time in his life as he had become a superstar overnight in China. Dimash is a world class artist, turned 28 on the 24th of May but touring the world to sell out arenas with his solo concerts, he also performs in concerts with the famous Ukrainian/Russian composer Igor Krutoy, is constantly collecting awards, attends many prestigious red carpet events, film festivals and even models for lots of high end fashion houses. Thank you for discovering Dimash and welcome to a beautiful world of music. Dimash is a 28-years old singer from Kazakhstan and believe me, you’ve seen nothing at all. In my opinion you have discovered the best singer in the world. He has perfect pitch and currently has a vocal range of 7,7 octaves (vocal fry C1 (B0) - whistle D8 off the piano). That means he hits notes in almost 8 octaves and sings consistently in 6 octaves. Not in one song (mostly😅). At least what he has shown us so far. He plays several instruments like piano, dombra (a kazach instrument), drums, marimba and more. He has classical as well as contemporary vocal training and sings in different genres from opera to pop, jazz, Kazakh folk, ballads and he even raps a bit. And often he skillfully mixes several genres in one song. And meanwhile in more than 10 languages. The latest songs (from Tokyo Jazz Festival in November 2021) are Ikanaide in Japanese and at his concert in Almaty on September 23, 2022 he sang a new song in Spanish (about 7 languages in one concert!). He sings no mainstream and is a completely independent artist. He has his own company „DimashAli Creative Center“ and is managed by his father Kanat. Maybe that’s the reason you never heard of him yet. He doesn’t sell his soul to a music label. He doesn’t want to be dictated by money when he has to sing what, when, where and how. Many of my favorite songs are in his native tongue. He is a nice, respectful and humble person. He respects people regardless of their original, religion or profession. He truly loves his homeland Kazakhstan and his people with all his heart and always shows it with pride in many of his songs, concerts and interviews. During his concerts in Dubai, Düsseldorf and Prague in 2022, before he performed his song War And Peace, he told the audience he loves all people in every country. And there are no bad nations (only bad leaders). And I absolutely believe this. His concert in September 23, 2022 was in his hometown Almaty, it was so amazing and it lasts almost 4 hours. Believe it or not but he really gets better and better. Every time you think you know him and his art, you realize your so wrong. He's very spiritual and thankful for the gift God has given him. But he also works very hard to improve his vocal skills. He said in an interview he trains every day at least 3 hours and he swims under water very often to increase his lung capacity. He's a singer you can't put in any box. He sings almost every genre there is. Every time you watch a video, expect the unexpected. Even the covers he sings he makes his own and brings elements into the song that you would never expect. Don't be surprised if you get suggestions for songs you may have already seen. Dimash has different versions of many of the same songs. They are all worth seeing. Not only is he perfect at singing and performing, he's also an incredibly good actor. Check out his music videos. His Grandmother walked him to his school for his vocal training he started at age five years old. He has perfect pitch. He has even set up an organization that helps poor children get musical instruments if their parents can’t afford them & training for these children. Many will suggest you to see Dimash’s latest songs. My suggestion would be for you to see his cover on the song, Sinful Passion With English subtitles. At the end of performance in the audience a man in front with a white shirt stands, he is the very famous Igor Krutoy music producer writer ect ect. He decided after he saw Dimash for first time that night, to come out of retirement to work with Dimash.

Dimash Qudaibergen, from Kazakstan, singing a French song in China. He is considered the greatest singer in the world with good reason, though this barely scratches the surface of his actual skills. He was age 22 in this video and will be 29 in May. He does nothing but get better. He began his classical/operatic vocal training at age 5 and continued until age 25. He still visits his vocal coach when he has time and is home. He temporarily moved to the U.S. several weeks ago to study at the L.A. campus of the New York School of Fine arts majoring in Film Directing. There are so many songs you can do by Dimash. The performance you did was in 2017, so he has only gotten better and better. He sings in many languages including English while being fluent in his native Kazakh and Russian. That being said, he is rapidly becoming fluent in English as well. Try Stranger which is in English, and El Amor En Ti, in Spanish. There are two more recent performances.

Finally somebody that knows how to react to a performance, thank you for not interrupting his performance and listening to it entirely along with your audience. So many who want to be a reactionist ends up with a talk show they just cannot help themselves from interrupting the performance and given their peace of mind even though they don't know what they're talkin about because it did not take the time to listen to the entire performance especially by the world's best performer and singer. After a lifetime of listening to music, Dimash is now the only artist I have listened to for the past two years. Compared to him everything else seems flat and bland. Even when he's not taking his voice into the rafters (he doesn't always as he only ever does what is right for the song) he still has a beautiful silky rich mid range that is like bathing in warm chocolate. I'd strongly recommend Stranger, Ikanaide, Samaltau and Durdaraz.
