There is a live version done at Austin City Limits that is even better. His wife is singing along with him. You can see and feel the love they have for each other.

I second this it will send Chills up you back! check the video where he was in a club. He actually wasn't at this club to sing but the band called him up to the stage its one if the best performances Ive seen. Chris Stapletons voice wil melt you lol. The thing about it is too...he's not just sanging....he's playing that guitar at the same time. That is his wife Morgane on harmonies too, also a great talent in her own right. This is not his original song, but he's also an award winning songwriter.

They were going somewhere he was ready early she said why don't you go write a song or something so Daddy doesn't pray anymore was born catchy song beautiful song God bless you and yours God bless the USA

If you’re going to go down the Chris Stapleton rabbit hole two song to react to first is, 1. “Cold,” if Tennessee Whiskey is about how a woman’s love can rescue a man, then “Cold,” is about how a woman’s love can destroy a man. 2. “Fire Away,” but you have to react to the video version of it.

I was SO excited when I saw you had done this!! I just KNEW you would love it! George Jones sang it in the 80's and that was the version I always really knew, although it was not the original either.
