Yes, listening to this version first before the Disturbed version is the way to go. One sounds jolly and the impact of the lyrics don’t really hit you until you hear the Disturbed version. Absolutely amazing song.

Not a fan of this song, that was until I heard Disturbed do their cover. Disturbed's version brings a tear to my eye no matter how many times I hear it. I know many people like the live version that Disturbed does but the official video gives me goosebumps each time.
