If no-one ever explained : the character here is Evelynn, a champion in the game League of Legends. Her particularities are that she's mostly invisible, can "charm" her enemies, making them moving towards her and they can do anything for a short time. She is kinda a succubus, loving the harm and terror she brings to her enemies. Her role is to come in the fight, unnoticed and kill very fast the low life enemies and going back as fast as she came. That's why you never see her completely in the vid, her tails and nails are her weapons and the laught at the end of the video I think it's the one ingame. Yes, all of those are animated. Evelynn, the buildings, car, smoke, snakes, lights, animated and detailed to the smallest accent (notice the side of her palm, she got the wrinkles). Eve in-game is one of the ancient demons, and she preys on pain and agony. Shifting into this beautiful and sexy woman, she can get her "food", especially men. If you listen to her Special Interaction video, she has this sexy and, well, exciting voice and lines (if you know what I mean). The song really connects to her in-game lore, she seeps into the minds of her victim with pleasure, happy times, and then fill it with dread 'til POW. Her skills let her go into Shadow (demon form invisible from enemy until she attacks). Her voice kinda changes while in this form, like the way you hear on the bridge part. The Heart Smoke on the first "POW" is her charm skill where she allures the enemy and having them walk towards her. Eve attacks fast, silent, and deadly, then goes back into the shadows. K/DA Evelynn is actually different. She's like their caring senior on the group. But all the men she dates went "missing"....

Yeah this one is fully CGI animated, there are tons of insanely realistic CGI animation studios out there

Oh the raytracing, subsurface scattering, ambient occlusion, and volumetric lighting/fog work wonders to make things come alive. You'd be surprised, her lips in that last shot is basically using a lot of lighting and shadow work with bump mapping that gives her lips that "physical" look, also the texture work on the lipstick is incredibly good. You'd be surprised, this isn't new tech, actually most of it's been around for the last 10 years. I've seen a lot of stuff in the modding scene and productions in blender that'd utterly spook some people, we have the tech for "photorealism" we just can't run it very efficiently on "consumer" hardware. There have been plenty of games in recent years that have been peaking out due to console hardware restraints, so game development will be greatly expanding with the new tech that has been recently been released. To those outside of 3D development this looks insanely impressive, even to those within it it does, but once you start to break it all down, you start to unravel the "illusion", and it's the "illusion" that makes it the most impressive, not really the tech behind it.

Since Riot often tries to change things up with their productions, there is a chance there will be some you don't vibe with as much as others. But there are not any that can really be called objectively 'bad'. Even the if you go back to 2014 stuff, it is still great.

As far as all the songs being fire, a producer once said that Riot Games is a record company that makes video games. They’re really solid with their music but it’s all in promotion of League of Legends.
