Join me for a 25 minute DUMBBELL STRENGTH x PILATES WORKOUT for a full body routine. Some exercises will be with dumbbells and some without. Today I'll be using two 8 LB weights. I've also included a quick warm up and cool down. Intervals are 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest during the workout. So get ready to sculpt! 💞 xox Mik

Mik, this was a great workout. I enjoyed the combination of Pilates and weights. The movements were familiar enough to follow without trouble, and they were different enough to challenge my mind and my muscles. Please include more workouts like this one.

This is a wonderful full body workout with fantastic combination moves incorporating strength training and Pilates!!! Perfect pace and intensity and I love that it had a warm up and cool down!! WK. 3/Thursday June Challenge 2023 is ☑️ and I absolutely loved it!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!!! 😊

Yes I agree - I’ve only just found Mik and really enjoying the combination but please could you drop the mirror image ! If you say you are holding the left foot then hold the left! Sorry it’s one of those little things that annoy me😬🙄

Hi Mik. This was a perfect workout. Well controlled moves, jet challenging and sweaty. I love that you include both the warm up and the cool down. I enjoy the combination of Pilates and weights. Resistance band would be nice too. I love that you are talking through the exercises, so we do it right. You even include options. I think that the strength level was just perfect and also the length of the workout was nice and not too short. Thank you so much for your channel and workouts 🙏🤗

"The worst workout is the one you dont do" Amazing! this was short and concise. The variation of workouts was super good! It really felt like a full body workout and did not get tired easily. Good work!

Thanks for all you do to put these together. I love these workouts.. you are helping me get strong again at 46yrs old. The 45sec on and 15 sec break makes these fly by and I feel I got a great workout along the way. Take Care 🎉

Love these 25 min strength and pilates workouts. I like that I don't need to wear shoes (my floors are slippery). I could do longer with this type of workout so if you have demand for longer ones, I am in!!!!

At 64 this was perfect! I watched it first thinking it might be beyond my level. The length and skill was great! Challenging but not impossible. I’ve been doing your arm strength training videos for about a month and can really see the difference. Thank you for your videos! I really appreciate you.

This was perfect for me! Love the pace and the dumbell/pilates combo. Got my heartrate up, but was slow enough for me to feel the muscle activation for each movement. Most full-body videos go too fast for me-so glad I found you! What other videos of yours would you recommend that are like this?

Slightly more challenging, esp on the no-weights exercises, would be awesome. i feel like i get a good workout w/ your 20-25 min dumbbell exercises but this was a little lighter than usual. amazing routine thank you mik!!

Love all your workouts. Just had a knee replacement though and can’t get into my right knee. Need some ideas for modifications. Otherwise your workouts have been a huge part of my pre op and post op physical therapy 💕

This was really good. I like it just as is with modification for less intense and more intense moves. I wish I had someone here to make sure I am doing the moves right when it comes to Pilates though... will continue to practise.

This was perfect!!! I’m a low-impact girlie, but I like to incorporate weights at least once a week. This workout combined what I love (Pilates) with what I am always hesitant to do (weights). I will be repeating this one for sure!!

Really like that you give us instruction on the next move with plenty of time for me to decide if I want to use a heavier weight. I like to use heavier than 10lb where possible.

Please keep doing these types of workouts-Piates with weights. There are very few 25/20 minute workouts like these on KZfaq that incorporate both pilates and dumbells..GREAT WORKOUT IN SUCH A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME!!
