Join in for a 20 min STANDING ARM WORKOUT (With a Splash of Barre Arms) to sculpt and strengthen your upper body. You will need both a light and a medium set of dumbbells. Today I'll be using two 3 LB weights and two 8 LB weights. Each interval will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. This is an ALL STANDING wrist friendly workout, with zero planks or pushups! This was one of the best upper body dumbbell workouts I’ve ever done. Targets all the areas that are weaker and really efficient burn in just 20 mins. Great moves that I haven’t seen other online coaches combine. Couldn’t ask for more. Favorited this one to repeat! More like this please and like another commenter said, a leg workout like this would be awesome.

This is one of my favorite KZfaq arm workouts ever! I love the barre portions with light weights. You targeted different muscles than typical arm weightlifting exercises and I love it! I come back to this workout often!

I have a lot of insecurities about my arms so I've done quite a few KZfaq arm workouts..... hands down this is the hardest 20 minutes out there! I chose it because it says "No pushups" and thought it would be easier. I was SO WRONG!! I can now feel muscles in my arms that I didn't even know I had. I'm on holiday so used 3L and 1L water bottles instead of dumbbells and I can hardly believe how much of a burn I'm feeling right now

I loved this workout! I was doing your 10 minutes arm workout, and I thought I was doing fine. 😅 Couldn't be more wrong. I didn't have medium weight dumbbells, just 3 pounds, but, omg, you killed me! My arms felt like jello afterward!
