Type of Power Twister:
20kg for beginners
30kg for intermediate
40kg+ for advance
It is a fantastic fitness equipment. Basically from 70s. Power Twister Tension Bar is designed to build upper body strength - arms, wrists, chest and shoulders. Exercise your chest by bending the exercise bar inwards, similar to pectoral flys, providing resistance through your entire motion. Power Twister upper body workout at home.

Sir, to build biceps, should we do work out with these regularly, or should we provide time gap?

Good question, there will be a long explanation but in short we should provide a time gap between two workout sessions of biceps muscles (approx 12 hours to 48 hours). The more strenuous the exercise, the more rest is required

Both equipment target different movement, but both are mainly for upper body strengthening. It's depends on your choice, both equipments are little specific, so you need a basic level strength in upper body.

See Every day doing same exercises will not be beneficial in long run , you can do power Twister exercises everyday but should change the muscle group every alternate day at least, As for example, first day you can focus for biceps next day for chest like this , Hope I can make you understood, If any further queries please ask, thank you 🙂

First of all thanks for asking @Geet Nakra , dekhie power Twister me lowest hay 20kg and normaly upto 60kg + , if you beginner in weight training then 20 kg is sufficient, although it seems quite hard in some cases, after that for intermediate individuals 30 kg is sufficient and kafi resistance provided karta hay bend karne me , and If you an advance individual in weight training and you are capable of lifting heavy weights , manke ke chalie ap 40kg se 50 kg ka koi saman aram se utha sakte ho tab ap 40kg ya use upar category me ja sakte hay , jinko sports performance enhanced karna hay , jayse powerful games like Judo, waterpolo, wrestling etc. According to my experience , As if your main target is to keep yourself fit only then 20 kg is more then sufficient for you . Although its seems quite tough for novice Individuals who has no past experience of weight training. Hope I am able to give your ans ,if any further queries you welcome @Geet Nakra .

Power twister ke Alag alag price hay uske pressure ke hisab se ,or price 500rs se suru hoke 900rs tak normaly hota hay.

Ji bilkul! 40 kg is very tough great! Ha apko bahut careful rahna chahie use karte wakt , hamesaha achese warmup kar lijiega , because elbow joints pe bahut pressure create hota hay , good luck

Hi first of all thanks for asking Yes it does although there is a fact behind , If you do any kind of exercise it will burn fat from your whole part of your body, concept of Spot reduction is quit controversial, so my suggestion is that if you reduce your total calorie intake throughout the day and do regular exercise, focusing on your muscles this will works. As for example , if you want to reduce your chest fat , you have to do those exercises which focus on your chest muscles. So that your myscle fibers improved. Then you can get the actual desired results. Hope I am able to make you understood. Any further queries most welcome .

@@FITNESSLOGY i can bench 15 reps per set with 15 kg dumbbells , I'm using 30 kg twister, able to do 20+ reps slow reps. Did 20 X 4 with 2-3 minutes break . Trained other muscles to failure each set as well but so soreness whatsoever

@@FITNESSLOGY i have home gym with bench and dumbbell sets . I'm trying to figure out if i can replace my bech presses with power twisters . Not trying to go for bodybuilding competition. General swimmers body physic with well defined muscles is my goal. So what do you think? Can a set of twisters ranging from 30 to 50 kg do any good replacing a bench?

Okay, That's very good, you have an define fitness goal. Very nice. But power twister can't replace completely banch press exercise because if we biomechanically analysis the nature of movement, there are little difference, for banch press we have three different movements, inclined, declined and regular, and you can increase the load gradually according to your fitness adaptation. But in case of power twister we have a fixed set of movement and we can't increase the resistance as per our requirement, so for beginners power twister is good and cheap equipment to trained your upper body. But as you become use to with it and experienced you need to move with other available gym set up. Any more queries you can ask..

It will be a little tough for you , but if your build is strong then you can try with it , but always do good warming up before starting workout with a power twister.
