I am 86 years old and pretty much confined to my apartment at a retirement home due to the coronavirus. I am delighted to find your exercises. If I do several they are a substitute for what was my daily walk. They are completely doable, even for someone my age, And your presentation is wonderful - not condescending as so many are. I am doing several different ones each day. Than you SO much

Great! Find any routines that get you moving and over time, you will start to notice you can do more and more. Glad you are being proactive to be healthy and strong.

I am 74, and I am very stiff. Although I didn't feel very graceful doing some of these stretches, I sure did feel better after the session. Thanks for the age-appropriate routine. I will be back...and I WILL get better at doing these!

One of those days when housework must be done haha. I thought a break from it and some stretches might motivate me to do some more and I feel more loosened up now. Even ready to crack on with some more of the 'boring stuff' now my energy levels have a had a boost, thanks Cindy 🙂

I have been looking for a routine I can share with my senior mother who is still VERY healthy , but suffers from daily stiffness and discomfort, I kept suggesting routines that were too advanced, or not effective at all! but NOW I finally feel like I have found an instructor and a channel that is perfect for what she needs :) THANKS AGAIN

So After showing my mom this routine she is absolutely HOOKED! we start our day with this video and it has been not only good for our health, but also something positive, and productive that we can enjoy doing together. I am so grateful to see my mother feeling positive, and feeling physically better then she has in quite some time. Thank you again!

I have been doing Cindy's exercises since Covid. I have multiple body issue and COPD an she kept me moving. I really don't know where i would be right now without these videos on U-tube. Life saver! Thaks Cindy!!!

Did this workout for the first time this morning and I already feel more relaxed. One reason I chose this video was that it incorporates several of the exercises I was given by physiotherapists when I injured my shoulders years ago. My shoulders have started giving me trouble again, since Covid. And I ended up being gaped at by a puzzled cat.

Sometimes you wonder why we have to face such challenges. I say that because when I woke up this morning, my shoulders were screaming at me. But you are correct, with the right moves, they were better mid morning. Good for you taking charge and getting on top of it. Too much about the cat!

I almost cried when I began this stretching series because it truly is an answer to prayer. I’ve been praying for a dynamic stretch routine that felt more like dance, which is exactly what you have given me here Cindy. I only wish I’d have found it sooner. I’ll be doing this one everyday. I have been searching for a simple but impactful stretch routine that I could use several times during my day to get the blood flowing and muscles reactivated again. I don't see my self as a senior but i am not 25 or 55 , so i am heading that way . My lower back went a few days ago and i am on pain killers. This video has helped me. Thank you. From London

The great thing j m b is that these moves are fantastic for all ages. Be open to doing thenm, regardless of where you are on the age scale. Doing gentle moves will help you decrease pain killers.

Having been doing this video along with other Cindy exercise videos for 6 mos now. Have not had to renew my Y membership as the diverse routines available meet my needs and makes me feel good. Also like the Tai Chi/Qigong routines. I am 77yrs young and so glad I found Fitness with Cindy.

Staying at my daughter as she just come out of hospital and and sleeping on a different bed I really felt the need for some stretches., these did the trick. I realised the other day Cindy that I've been doing your exercises for two years. I remember putting I was 76 and then realising I'd had my 77th birthday a couple of days before, well I had my 79th four days ago! Doesn't time fly when you're having fun 😂 😂

I think this is a great stretch for ALL ages. I'm not a senior and I find that while working from home, taking a break in the middle of the morning to do these exercises boosts my energy. Cindy as great energy, thank you.

LUUUVE This Stretching Video !! Music is fun too !Pushing the 70 mark pretty soon, and thought I would never get into this condition. But well, here I am, So stiff I feel like I have to be careful to turn over in bed, get up from bed, whenever I get in, or out of the car Etc., whenever I turn or move, and this is the first video that I have found that is on the fun, lighthearted side, and with encouraging words, as well as stretches I can do even though will be starting out slow, I'll get there, and determined to do so. Thankyou Soo much for thinking about those of us in our Golden Years, when our Golden Years don't feel so Golden. Lol. ❤️

Joy, love that name. And loving your determination. I have done a lot of studying on the aging process and everything I read says we can gain from exercising well into our nineties! And any kind of movement will benefit us, so do what feels good but be consistent. Within a month you will notice a difference. Keep me posted because I want you to feel good and stay healthy!

Felt very low, physically speaking, after a period of hardly moving and this was really an upper to start again with moving in a soft and caressing way.

Yes I definitely think just the stretches I've been finding are great, and did go for a short walk yesterday but weights are still beyond me, ribs are still quite sore be glad when they are healed completely and I can get back to proper exercising.

Well I really needed these stretches today Cindy, I went for a few days break visiting childhood haunts and walked far too much with the weather verry HOT and really wore myself out, It was great fun though. I'm trying to get back on track as still very tired. I thought I really must get some stretches done as they will help a great deal and I think they have 🙂

I just love these stretches. Try to do them every day, then one Zumba for cardio with weights- love those 40-45 minutes ones -and the fitness blend . Thank you!

Hi Cindy, My daughter forwarded this to me months ago. I'm not committed to do it every day but it certainly does make my hip and back feel much better. I also like it because it is short and that alone gives me more motivation to do it.

Beth Matteri 10/8/21 Best exercises I've ever done. I have got osteoporosis & I swear by these exercises. Thank you so much for your positive attitude & all the help you've given me. I rotate the exercises & try to something at least 6 days a week. I've told all my family & friends about you. Thank you for being such a positive & motivational part of my life.

Well I've been out of circulation for a couple of weeks. I managed to crack my ribs, not one of my better ideas. I felt today I should do some sort of exercise and that stretches maybe the best place to start although the way I'm feeling now I not so sure. I think I will feel the benefit of it soon Cindy🙂

My go to! These are wonderful stretches. They get my day started or help me relax at night after work. Yes I work 30-40 hour a week at 74 years, in addition to an active social life. Thank you🥰

Hi Cindy. Recently I have discovered your fitness for seniors workouts. I'm enjoying these so much and after 2 weeks feeling great! I do the exercises when I get up and alternate them for variety so I keep interested! In particular l love the neck and shoulder stretches, they are really helping my stiff neck and shoulders! Morning stretches are great and I'm trying to do the midriff and posture exercises a few times a week. I find I have so much more energy at the start of the day and feel energised to do more things! I also think I'm sleeping better which could be because I'm more active. Thank you so much as being in the older age group it's important to feel like we're reaching our goals without injuring ourselves! Best wishes and I look forward to more! Robyn, Melbourne, Australia
