Relatable to me😢.... I was suffering from abdominal TB then after left kidney Hydronephrosis... It's been 5years of suffering but yes yoga meditation completely changed my life to the core... Incredible synchrocities of the Universe... Thnk h

Our india is best yoga and Ayurveda is real sanjevani and amrit kumb hai ye karo amar ban jayege or haa woo bure ches hai wo hume nahi sochni chaye mere bhi story issi hi hai I was surfing with astama, constipation migrain frm last 10yers now I am 12 but now also I am not independent so I will be independent by doing yoga

Very inspiring story indeed! Stay blessed! I can vouch for the benefits of yoga ;at 74.5 I am doing yoga religiously; began in my twenties,was inspired by my Bapuji, stopped for a while after my children were born ,but, I missed it and made time practice it again . 🙏

I’m born with serious heart condition but it’s just because of yoga since my teenage years I never had problems. Only time I’ve faced problems is leaving yoga otherwise I live the fittest life ever. I really want to live the rest of my life with YOGA as YOGI 🧘‍♀️❤️🙏🏻

Mam me bhi yog karta hoon 1 year se but isi bich mujhe asthama ho gaya.. But mene yoga nhi chhoda he me abhi bhi yog kar rha hoon... Or mujhe pta he ki yog jab aapne tb thik kar li to me asthama kyun thik nhi kar sakta.. Everything is possible in yog.. And one day i will get rid of asthama... Thankyou for your inspring vedio. Mam

Very well said ma'am.... I myself was suffering from renal calculi... Later on I had joined gym but it doesn't get fit in my regime... Later I started practising yog and doing running as I had applied for army rally... In this way I have started my yoga journey... And it gave me a lot of confidence also reduced my bad eating Habits... 🙏🙏

Thank u for sharing your story mam. I was also suffring from TB in spinalcoard. Now it has cured bt it has damaged my L4 and L5 because of this i m facing many problems. So I have started a little bit yoga asan beacuse i used to do yoga since school days bt beacuse of one accident I got problem in my right hand and spinalcoard. And now m also suffering from thyriod due to this i have gained lot of wait. I really want to fit mam beacuse this all health issues are affacting on my career life, M not achieving what i want Bt today i have watched your vedio and am really inspired from you mam. Now i got some hope that i will also fine 🙏Thank u soo much🙏

For me I have started pranayama from the last 3 to 4 month in this pandemic, though I have anxiety and taking medication but pranayam has helped me to deal with this problem. So far pranayama has been a part of my life and hope to continue the same.

I am fine, but suffering from post covid weakness, do u know which pranayam is good for this weakness. Even sometimes breathing exercises causes fatigue.
