I have one @ home and my husband keeps a mini on his big rig truck. I pre-mix all of his seasonings into small zippy bags, and have created a photo-album recipe card w/very simple instructions for his favorite meals. One side of the card has his ingredients for ease of shopping. This saves him issues from eating too much over-the-road foods.

Wow that is really awesome of you. He eats healthy, doesnt have to find places to park his truck and eat and as a bonus every time he makes one of your meals he thinks about how much you care for him.

Oh that is awesome! So many gas stations have such unhealthy food, so to hear of a trucker using an Instant Pot on the road is awesomeness incarnate...plus it gives him a taste of home while he's away. 😁

I’m glad you mentioned not using your instant pot and being freaked out by it. I got one in 2018 as a wedding gift (it wasn’t on our registry) and now I’ve only used it as a crock pot. I’m so glad you posted videos about how to easily use it!

Brinley is so precious. She loves her Mommy. ♥️ Great video, Julia. I love these recipes. The IP makes fast work for a soup meal and so many others. My husband and I love my spaghetti and homemade chicken soup recipe. I encourage each person who is intimidated by the IP to try it a few times. I hope they love using theirs as much as I love mine. Wow…this was a very helpful video. All the recipes look really good and easy too. I really appreciate the fact that you didn’t use a lot of pre-made seasonings and you used fresh ingredients (without chemicals). Thank you! I’m inspired to get out my instant pot and try all these recipes.

Thank you for putting out these videos. After watching one of your recipes (Hungarian Goulash) I finally used my instant pot after 1 1/2 years and it was a piece of cake. You have the best recipes. I use so many of them in my meal plans. As a health care worker with all the stress we are under with the pandemic I really mean it when I say thank you! Your daughter is beautiful.

I just made the burrito bowl dish. It turned out great! I added a small piece of a canned chipotle pepper for a bit of heat, along with some red, green and yellow peppers. Served it with shredded cheese, taco sauce, sour cream and tortilla chips. Thanks!

I love soup! I am making chicken noodle today and some turkey swiss sliders....Buuuut i have an IP for over a year and used it twice...the quick release freaks me out! The noise! Awwwe little Brinley's little wave 😍😍😍 my heart can't take it!

I was the same way about using the IP! Your recipes look yummy. Chopping carrots as you did for the broccoli soup so clever. It was like “why didn’t I think of that?”. FYI: I have used frozen broccoli in the soup recipe and comes out great. I recently made a cheesecake, first ever, in IP. Came out perfect-velvety smooth, beautiful. As always thank you for the recipes. Your little one is adorable - just like her momma!

I like your recipes and have a 3 qt. Instant Pot and love making some of my dishes in it and it does a great job for me. Super great ideas and so much flavor too!! I will try the beef and broccoli. I work so starting a crock pot is even a challenge. What works for me is peeling potatoes the night before and doing other prep that is time consuming so all I have to do is put it all together in morning! Loved that Brinley face with the lemon😂😂😂

Bless your heart you sweet girl. Back in the day when I was cooking for my family we had a Presto pressure cooker. Instant Pots were not on the market back them HA! You sure have one beautiful little one there, just adorable.

Hi Julia, I kinda used the basis of your recipe to make a multi veggie (with chicken broth for added flavour) soup. I added chopped onions, celery, zucchini, eggplant, carrots and broccoli. I added half and half cream for the creaminess, lots of seasonings and some mushed-up overcooked pearl barley instead of the corn starch slurry to make it thicker and healthier. I did it all in the IP and it turned out AWESOME....even I was shocked! LOL! The family loved it....and had no idea how many veggies I stuck in there! The next day I added shredded chicken and that made it even more heartier. Thanks for all your quick recipes. I love watching them and adding my own twist to them. And your Brimley is most adorable 😍🙏🏼💖

So, this girl here got an Instant Pot for Christmas/Anniversary, and I am watching your Instant Pot videos! Brinley is adorable, I remember when my girl was that little, now she’s 26, and my brother and sister-in-law are expecting their first baby in May!
