Fix - Android phone not connecting on Computer

If your Android phone does not connect/show up on your windows, then there is a problem with MTP driver on your PC. Here is a solution to fix the problem.

Still didn't connect my phone.😔I followed each step. I have a galaxyS20 5G. Is there something within my phone that's preventing this? Thanks for all of your help. It's very much appreciated as you can see from all the comments.

same thing happened to me. I rebooted computer and phone, still not working. I checked another site and it suggested trying a different USB cable, so I did that and it fixed the problem! So try another cable if you're still having the problem.
