I fix those pesky gaps on models with some greenstuff. I go through the tools to use and how to do it. It's really simple and will mean you can fix gap issues you have with your models without any problem.
It's a super long tutorial but I don't skip anything. None of that "here's what you need" and next shot "here's what it looks when finished". you get a full look at how to use it and weird things that happen with greenstuff.
Sorry for the shakey cam. Next time I will fix it!

I notice you mixed your ball of green stuff and then let it sit for a while as you trimmed the model. Did you do this on purpose? Are you allowing the green stuff to cure for a period of time? How long is the right amount of time if so?

I had another sprue from a different box and they were a little better. Still there is a gap that needed fixing

I love that GW just calls it green stuff like it was made by mek boyz. (Edit) god only knows what it'd be made of if mek boyz made it though.

Green stuff is too expensive, you can do it with superglue, it's faster and the result is the same. You can also use Tamiya filler for it

Yeah, the more I use it the more I’m moving away from it. Even plastic glue is doing the same if not better job as well

@@WinterDisco Ah, plastic glue attacks the surface, so you have to be very careful. Superglue is really easy, especially since it's very easy to sand after it dries. Since I have model building as a hobby, you learn a lot of cheap tricks to fix gaps
