Hey Michael. Thanks for the comment, really appreciate it!🙏 Do you mean knuckle push ups (as on your knuckles), or the wrist drill where you lift the palm of the hand? In the first case, simply build strong push ups and then slowly introduce doing them on the knuckles (elevate if needed).

I'm more or less stuck in a bananastand until I get enough shoulder flexibility. Step 2 is not yet possible, but I'm getting there slowly.

The 4 steps assume you have certain levels of strength and flexibility. You can still apply the steps. But expanding your flexibility should probably be of higher priority (since it makes everything easier).

@@sidpaulson1 yeah absolutely. It's very clear which step I'm failing at and why. I used to box, my shoulders are very "hunched" if that makes sense. It's getting better but Rome wasn't built in a day I guess.

The psuedo wall walk works amazing for practicing upper body in my opinion, and i lay on my back and straighten my legs (they are pointing uppwards at this point) and hold it for awhile and hope muscul memory helps

Yes the wall wall can be used to develop upper body strength for sure. More specific to handstands though.

I can’t pelvic the tilt in the handstand I am straight but hips and legs are not in line with hands and shoulders

Sid pls teach us how to practice handstand without wall. I know everything about handstand but as soon as i want to handstand without wall, I get scared of falling. How to come out from fear of falling??

What about if my brest and rib cage comes too much forward which makes the line not straight plus a arch in my lower back but when i make the tilt my but stucks even more backwards??? I can do all three hs presses but still cannot stand straight 🤔🤔

I can't fix the banana stand. Even though i can stand in that position for 4-5 sec, i can not tilt my pelvis and my arms are like 5° tilted compared to the perpendicular hanstand

It can. But it moves the center of mass further forward in the hands, increasing the demand on the forearms to keep us from falling.

I mate, I have a pretty good line (close to it) and I can hold handstand for max 2min... the problem is even If I ppt and squeeze glutes my hips move after some seconds of hold and sometimes when hips moving the mass of my legs put me in banana position and make me fall... or really hard to comeback in good position... How the fuck other guys hold 1-2min without any kind of movement hips straigth at 100%... it's like even if I squeeze glutes max my hips still free at 20% don't know how to explain (not 100% locked)

Once you get past the beginner stage, the handstand becomes less about being tight and squeezing... You need to learn how to maintain your balance with less tension, and instead by becoming good at keeping the weight centered using the fingers. This is different from holding with full tension, so it will take some time to get used to it. Shoot me a message with a video on Instagram if you want more help!
