CHICKEN EMPANADA FILLINGS
Ingredients
2 C cooked and flaked chicken
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion. diced
1 medium potato. Diced
1 medium carrot. Diced
⅓ C sweet peas
¼ C raisins
1 T sugar
1 T condensed milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Pinch Magic Sarap
2 T cooking oil
EMPANADA DOUGH
Ingredients
Mixture 1:
1 kg bread flour
180 g refined sugar
10 g salt
104 g unsalted butter
500 g water
1 pc. Egg
Mixture 2:
200 g bread flour
125 g shortening
For Frying:
2-3 C cooking oil
