Room tours are probably my most filmed video on this channel! But when I tell you I'm obsessed with this one, I wouldn't be wrong! Love how my room turned out and I'm so grateful that I was able to have my own room and bathroom for the DCP. If you have any questions, lmk in the comments!
Disclaimer: not all 4x4 rooms are the same shape and layout as mine. Two of my roommates have 2 more windows then mine on the same wall with the closet on the same wall as my tv if that makes sense.

You popped up in my head the other day, I was thinking I had not seen a video from you in a while. I hope you’re having a great time! We moved to Orlando this summer and I’m loving it! There is a young LDS married couple who also live in the same complex, I believe. They have a YT channel as well. When I saw your video with your DCP announcement I commented in their video about you. Not sure if you know who I’m talking about. Enjoy your time and the weather! Although it looks like rain right now though. ❤️❤️

Woah! How’d you get that room? I’ve seen other 4x4’s and they don’t have on suite bathrooms and they’re rooms are smaller.

All 4x4s have the bathroom inside :) 4x2 have the bathroom outside of the room!

Hi! omg I’m so happy I found your channel/ video, I’m 24 and I was worried that I would be to old or pass the limit to join being that I finished college in may 2021. I’m hearing that we have 24 months to apply after you graduate , is that true? I’m going to a info session soon and I hope to get a chance to experience this program :)!

hi! I know this is late but I turned 25 on my college program in 2018, and I'm about to start a PI at 30 :) never too old to live your dream!

@@shannonleigh2840 I so appreciate you sharing that! I finished my dcp and Im applying for a PI now and I will be 30 this summer. I was insecure a little about my age, but you're so right, you are never TOO OLD to live your dream ! I wish you all the best with your PI!

If you don't mind me asking...is the $215 off the paycheck each week a lot? Or is there still enough left in each paycheck for other stuff? I'm hoping to do the 4x4 but don't know cost wise

i think DCPs get paid roughly $13 or so an hour and the average hours are 30-40. so let’s settle for 35 for this scenario. 13 x 35 = $455. you get paid weekly, and boarding fees come out of your check automatically, leaving you with roughly $240 without tax deductions. depending on if you have other bills to pay and how many taxes you have taken out, you could have a little under $200 left. you’d also have to take into consideration a grocery budget! you do get a discount at the parks but i think it’s only around 40%. definitely try to have some money saved up before you move :)

Don't mind at all! We just got a raise this month to $14 and rent is now $225! It comes out every week and my first job location I was only getting 30 hours which was rough but I also had a second job that was very flexible which helped a lot. Now with my new location I get 40! It all kinda depends on the luck of the draw with how much you make. I've seen a couple post about it on the CP Facebook pages if you wanted to search up those!

what kinds of strings did you pull to get a 4x4? or did you just put it as your first preference?

It was my first preference and I applied the hour I found that applications dropped, didn't link with anyone and my 2020 program was canceled! I think all those factors contributed.
