Thanks to your videos my whole family is eating healthier and feeling better as well. I have actually lost weight from only eating your approved food items. My entire pantry is now all healthy foods. Said bye bye to all that junk, processed, high sugar, inflammatory stuff that was making us sick and fatigue. My 11yo is now eating better options and feeling guilty if she cheats. Bobby is so clever and full of info! It’s funny I had to go to the Vitamin Shoppe earlier to get a good multivitamin, Zinc, Magnesium, Active Folate, Milk Thistle and Vitamin D. I have an upcoming LDA Immunotherapy injection and I have to take all of these in preparation for it every couple months. Monday will be my first injection so I rushed home with my goodies and took them like I was supposed to. Only to realize that the Magnesium, Folate and Zinc all have either magnesium stearate, Silica, Mannitol, and Vegetable steric Acid in them. What about just pure vegetable Cellulose? Thank goodness they will take it back even tho it’s been opened, and I kept my receipt! Going to pay closer attention from now on! Thanks Bobby! 👍🏻

Thank you for pointing that out regarding the Tylenol gelcaps. I have an autoimmune disorder that has caused several strokes, and I’m not allowed to take anything but acetaminophen for pain, so Tylenol is always in my cabinet. I’ll keep my eyes open for the better option. Also, I need to find a clean CoQ10 to take, because I finally turned the bottle around after watching a few of your videos and was disappointed to see the ingredients that went into making the capsule.

I don't believe everything I see online but thanks to him I started to read the ingredients of everything I buy: food, vitamins, etc. and he is not lying about the ingredients that are harmful. I used to add evaporated milk on my coffee (I grew up with that tradition in Mexico) and this year I was diagnosed with IBS. When I read the ingredients I was shocked, evaporated milk has carrageenan wich causes: bloating, inflammation, colon cancer, flare ups of IBS, etc. I didn't know I was putting all that garbage myself into my body. And that is just one example. But again, I am learning and I don't believe everything I see or hear. I have an opened mind and like to do my own research. So if you could please clarify what Bobby said wrong so I can be aware, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

just keep watching bobby. Out of all the Countries, USA has MORE than any other country , with the worse, ingredients in food aka Process Foods, aka Toxic . In 1970 FDA, aloud Food Industries to add a lot of bad chemical in the foods. And then people wonder why USA has overweight people in the USA.

I got vitamin B6 toxicity from a daily B-Complex supplement that i bought from a pharmacy, it caused peripheral neuropathy and it took months for the symptoms to go away once I stopped taking the vitamin. The supplement had a toxic amount of B6. It took doctors a long time to figure out the cause because they ruled out diabetes and B12 deficiency at first before they tested for B6 levels.

@@RinaValentina The supplement was made by Rite Aid pharmacy and it was called "Super B-Complex", it contained 50mg of Vitamin B6 . The Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) for B6 ranges between 1.3mg and 1.7mg depending on age and gender .This happened 2 years ago, Rite Aid no longer makes the "Super B Complex" but they still sell B6 vitamins with that same high amount. Not everyone will respond the same to that daily amount of B6, but for me personally it was neurotoxic. My suggestion is to read the details on the label carefully and consult with your primary care doctor before taking vitamins & supplements .

You can make your own re-hydration solution- Posca! Bobby- I'm interested to hear your take on raisins and pesticides- I usual buy Newman's organic raisins. Elderberry syrup is good for colds! It's also good to let a cold run it's course and support your body with rest and nutrients-back to basics🙌

Hey Bobby I was told I have H. pylori in my stool and E. Coli in my urinary tract and they want me to take Levofloxacin but that antibiotic causes liver failure. I never picked it up! I’ve also been having foamy urine for a year now but no protein was found in my urine culture. I also did an Kidney ultrasound and it was normal. Now They Want Me To Get Doxycycline Monohydrate 100mg tablet, 14 tablets. I have had terrible luck with doctors and I’m hesitant. What should I do? On Sunday I had burning sensation while urinating a minor blood but that went away on its own yesterday and pain on my right leg under my calf. I’m only 33 years old African Man! What do you suggest I take? God bless you
