For the eggplant:
3 eggplants
40 ml olive oil (2.7 tablespoons)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika, sweet
1 tsp oregano
1 teaspoon garlic, ground
Black pepper
For the meat:
1 onion
olive oil
300 g ground beef (10.6 ounces)
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
2 cloves of garlic
2 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika, sweet
1/2 tsp coriander, ground
1 teaspoon caraway, ground
Black pepper
400 ml pureed tomatoes (1.7 cups)
Further ingredients:
250 g grated mozzarella (8.8 ounces)
60 g Parmesan cheese (2.1 ounces)
Baking instructions:
Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F) fan oven. After 20 minutes, bake for another 15 minutes as needed and to taste.
