I started my off market grind & it is absolutely draining been doing 8-10 hours nonstop calling, going to go back to the on market game. Maybe off market is more beneficial once you accumulate funds for marketing through websites & advertisements.

Thank you so much for this education I experienced this with four Agents just last week and😢 it did take some wind out of my sails. Perfect timing though .Jamil your tips are awesome Especially your DR Horton share. Some make it sound like wholesaling is prostituting with the latter getting more respect. Of course when there is lack of knowledge it feels a little more intimidating. I do so much appreciate the two of you shedding light on the Agents position and why their attitude towards wholesale. My next week will be devoted towards developing those partnership relationships. Jamil please let me know which of your content guides me through that. Hey guys I am an agent! But to be honest with you when I’m trying to negotiate a lower price for my client the first thing they tell me is lower your commission and then if I don’t lower my commission they won’t do any deal! So that’s a tough call. 😎☎️🏡🙏🙏🙏

Hello jerry I got a property under contract that I’m not sure I can make work but I have a buyer and everything. Just in case it doesn’t work is there a way to terminate contract with the seller and back out the whole thing unscaved?

Is really hard to make relationships if you know that the agent, wholesaler, lender, contractors want to take advantage, I am newbie so I Do my numbers. I ask a agent about a property she said that the Arv that I am getting is wrong , a wholesaler that the Arv is 20 to 30 k over that really is, a lender that I can’t get a better terms that he give me.

If you don’t know by now how to behave as an adult, then there’s no hope for you. You don’t need these guys to tell you what to do in a sales situation with anyone. I talk with many folks on the phone and I can tell they’re reading from a script. That’s a real no go. Folks have to do better than that.
