Awesome, thanks a lot. I was trying to find a way to open my flir. it only last around 5 minutes on. Great little tool.

I've replaced the battery, yet the device remains non-operational. It appears that the issue is software-related. Upon consulting Flir, they suggested acquiring a new unit due to compatibility issues with the current software on newer iOS versions. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can offer. How have you managed to make your Flir One Gen 2 work? I've tried on three iPhone 5 devices running iOS 10.3.3 without success. Additionally, on an iPhone 7 Plus running iOS 15.8, the software crashes immediately, and the same issue occurs with an iPhone 12 Pro Max. I have not achieved success thus far, and your input would be highly valued.
