【Easy Tangzhong Method Mini Bread】
<Ingredients> For 4 pieces (4 sheets of parchment cut to 16cm x 16cm)
・Tangzhong
20g Bread flour (I use domestic bread flour)
100g Water
・bread dough
230g Bread flour (I use domestic bread flour)
25g sugar (or sugar of your choice)
3g salt
2,5g yeast
42g lukewarm water (about 40°C)
50g Milk(about 30-35°C)*Regular temperature in summer
15g Beaten egg at room temperature
15g soft unsalted butter
Tangzhong All
Baking (preheat to 190°C)
190℃ for about 10~12 minutes
