200g Bread flour (I use domestic bread flour)
50g Cake flour
5g sugar (or sugar of your choice)
2,5g salt
2,5g yeast
185g Milk
20g soft unsalted butter
40g condensed milk
Baking (preheat to170â)
150â for about 18ïœ20 minutes
*Depends on your oven.
*If you want to overnight the primary fermentation
Reduce the amount of yeast to about 1,5 to 2 grams.
Bench time should be about 20 minutes to allow for warming up.
The final fermentation will be a little longer.
