คัพเค้ก ที่ทำวันนี้ จะเป็นชิฟฟ่อน ฮอกไกโดคัพเค้ก สูตรแบบง่ายๆ เนื้อครีมหวาน หอม อร่อยกลมกล่อม สูตรง่ายๆ แต่อร่อยมากๆ ลองทำเค้กสูตรนี้กันดูนะคะ

📒 ingredients
80 g of cake flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
35 g vegetable oil
65 grams milk
4 egg yolks
Vanilla flavor 1 teaspoon
4 egg whites
65 g of sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice (use cream of tartar or vinegar instead)

200 g of whipping cream
50 g sweetened condensed milk
a pinch of salt

How To Bake
- Bake at 130 degrees for 30 minutes , then 150 degrees about 5-10 minutes without turning on the fan.

📒 สูตรฮอกไกโด คัพเค้ก
แป้งเค้ก 80 กรัม
ผงฟู 1/4 ช้อนชา
เกลือ 1/4 ช้อนชา
น้ำมันพืช 35 กรัม
นมสด 65 กรัม
ไข่แดง 4 ฟอง (เบอร์2)
กลิ่นวานิลลา 1 ช้อนชา
ไข่ขาว 4 ฟอง
น้ำตาล 65 กรัม
น้ำมะนาว 1/2 ช้อนชา (ใช้ครีมออฟทาทาร์ หรือน้ำส้มสายชูแทนได้)
📒ครีม
วิปปิ้งครีม 200 กรัม (แดรี่)
นมข้นหวาน 50 กรัม
เกลือเล็กน้อย

วิธีอบ
-อบไฟบน-ล่าง 130 องศาไม่เปิดพัดลม 30 นาที
-หลังจากนั้นอบต่อด้วยไฟ 150 องศา อีก 5-10 นาที หรือจนกระทั่งสุก ขึ้นอยู่กับเตาแต่ละตัว

เพิ่งได้ลองสูตรนี้ค่ะ เราทำแต่ตัวเค้กอบพิมพ์ใน 7*7 เนื้อเค้กนุ่มมาก ๆ ถ้าไม่ชอบหวานลดหวานอีกนิด เราเติมกลิ่นนมฮอกไกโดลงไปแทนวานิลลา ยิ่งหอมค่ะ

These were the best muffins I have ever made, everyone loved them and can't recommend them enough. Don't hesitate to make them.soft fluffy and creamy inside. Yum. Do you need the card board cup cake cases for them , I just used the last of them and was wondering if I could use the normal muffin cases doubled?
