Okay, okay, hear me out. A new concept that would be interesting to see, since you like CRAZY ideas anyways! How about we KINDA keep the you take ap layer if you lose from someone BUT with a twist, hear me out! You get to take one of the players that was played on the opponents team, BUT, you use a randomizer site (like the spinner site) and IT decides which player you get, so you don't get to choose yourself. AND the same goes for getting rid of one of your players, BUT, instead of just the ones you played with in that match, it's your WHOLE A-squad (no cheating and taking up a gazillion players from B teams and under 19 and 17 squads before). So if you're INCREDIBLY unlucky, you could lose your 2-3 goalkeepers within the first 3 matches or your star players whatever, and you get...their shit players or whatever :P And instead of trying to not lose, you actually try to win it all/play as normal as possible. Could also be taken any player from their squad, instead of just the players that were played, which would add even more randomness into it, but prolly make it potentially really hard if you're super unlucky. And if you want to go REALLY insane with this, do it in the pre-season matches as well, even though that might just be taking it too far! If I had the patience to do it, I'd do it myself, and then again, I'm far from a tactical mastermind to even REMOTELY pull this off :P
