Do not confuse organic with just doing nothing while growing food. Organic food is weeded to keep weeds from taking nutrients from our crop and it is fertilized with properly composted material and carefully watered, because growing organic food requires considerable thought and time. Best bet is to grow your own if you have space.

What hormones do you think they use? Alien hormones? Fish hormones? Dairy cattle are injected with natural (to them) hormones to regulate when they come into heat. Just like the pill keeps humans from ovulation. Where is your outrage over that?

Many foods are worse than the ones featured here. Think I'll take my food advice from someone with a little more education and substance as opposed to a made for tv guy like David Jack. This guy is essentially a personal trainer and marketing person. Just because he is in shape and on TV doesn't mean he knows whats best.

The carbs were causing me to get headaches and I never knew. My wife and friends think I eat strange but they can’t get over how in shape I have gotten. I work out five days a week and started doing long distance backpacking. Think hiking hundreds to hundreds of miles at a time. Yes knowledge is power. Take care it’s off to the gym for me.

Great video. I have started making small changes. I now eat organic. I try to manage stress. I have reduced my expenses. Also, as a woman I am very concerned about toxins in my daily products such as deodorant. I know that many deodorants contain aluminum. I now use Granny's Natural Deodorant which is 100% Aluminum Free and All Natural. These are small steps but at least their steps in the right direction.

1. Non-organic Strawberries (due to pesticides. Buy organic) 2. White Chocolate (dark chocolate has important nutrients, whereas white chocolate nutrients have been stripped) 3. Sprouts (needs moist environment to grow which breeds bacteria. So cook it) 4. Canned tomatoes 5. Sword fish (high in mercury and poor fishing practices)

Tomatoes are highly acidic and contact with metal and chemicals to keep them shelf stable is the issue. I don't use anything in a can just because of the sodium issues. Frozen is much healthier if you can't get or afford fresh.
@ancamg5 жыл бұрын
@@naomiemoore5725 All the tomato cans I opened are lined, so there is no way there is a metal problem, but a possible plastic problem, and I don't know if they use BPA or not in that lining.
