She was like 35 when she made this movie. She held up so great over the years. Heartbroken RIP

I love this film. As one of the most beautiful women ever Kelly’s ability as an actress can be overlooked because of her Wow factor but her performance in this film is perfection. So natural, the stuff of dreams. It is the way I will always remember her. Gone far too soon. May God Bless her and keep her in His loving embrace for evermore.

No Traffic in New York City? On the Major Deegan near Yankee Stadium and the GW Bridge in the daytime? Seriously? More bullshit from Hollywood... And he is going towards the Stadium and she is heading the opposite direction , out of the city, so how are they on the same side of the road? Someone please explain.....

I'm not American, so I'm not sure if I've got this: does Billy mean that New Yorkers are generally considered rude in the States? I don't intend to offend anyone, we have pretty much similar prejudices here in Italy when it comes from how people from different cities/regions view each other, so I guessed it happened the same here, but I'd like to be sure.

@@mrmaster9801 Well generally speaking New Yorkers ie those that are from or live in NYC are truly A**holes. This is of course my opinion so take it with a grain of salt (or a double hand full).

Richard Rivera they were all bad that’s why nobody saw them I remember we saw this on opening weekend and theater was empty
@cardsfanboy4 жыл бұрын
I think other people are picking on you, but Water World wasn't bad, it just wasn't good especially based upon it's budget, but the story was mediocre, Postman was actually good, so was this movie.... They may not be great, but they are enjoyable to watch...Bad is The Lone Ranger or something like that, which completely over budgeted, over acted crappy script and missed the mark on so many levels.

Not so sure about that, assuming that this happened when Chapel was "great" (Cy young contender) to the point that a random person in New York would recognize him, that would be like a today fan recognizing Max Scherzer or Justin Verlander... a person who recognizes a person of that stature, without being a unique look (if it was Randy Johnson I would get it) is indicative of a pretty high level of fandom, and fans are fans... they'll cut a person a break even if there is no need to do that.
