I’ve been sitting here for ten minutes thinking about what to say. Your work inspires me, so beautifully warm soft and calming. My daughter is eleven. She is running a high temperature and is very sick. I played this for her, it immediately helped soothe her. Now she keeps asking for it to be played on repeat. It helps her more then medicine. I know this was meant for another topic, but it seems to help in this area as well. Thank you.

Right up to the day of my 50th birthday on April 18, 2016, I had considered forgiving others to be a weakness of character. On my 50th birthday, it was as if a heavy mist had lifted. Forgiveness, of others or yourself, is one of the most selfish things we can ever do for ourselves and it takes great strength of character. The things is, when it comes to forgiving others, rarely does the person(s) you're forgiving EVER know. We have all forgiven others that weren't even remotely sorry or remorseful. Forgiving someone in no way means that however the other person hurt or wronged you is acceptance of their actions. Forgive the ones who have hurt you or somehow wronged you because doing so IS ALL ABOUT YOU! After you do, you'll feel so much lighter in your heart, mind, body and to the very core of your soul...it is, in a word, LIBERATING.❤ Yes, forgiveness is one of the most incredibly selfish things we can do for ourselves...
