VFS was very pleased to host MGen Jamie Speiser-Blanchet, Deputy Commander, Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF), and Bell Flight CH-146 Griffon helicopter pilot, as the #Forum80 keynote speaker. She was introduced by VFS Executive Director Angelo Collins.
With the recent policy announcement of Canadian defense investment increased, including into more advanced helicopter and VTOL aircraft, her insights were especially valuable to the 800 audience members. While the next Tactical Aviation Capability Set (nTACS) is under planning, the RCAF will be extending the life of the CH-146 fleet.
