I second , third and fourth that amendment ! That is exactly what will have to happen. Because , if they were for the people's, we would not have so much division. It is worth the instability it would cause to complete a task this large . Start with the head. Once you cut the head off , you can disect fairly quick. The ones in charge of this catastrophic mess , are the first in line to find more qualifying positions outside our government. Perhaps majority could go on to China or Iran , if they would have them. After this botched mess , I doubt any Country would let them park cars.
