I went to FB on a trip last month. The casino floor was totally dead. The minimums were absurd, even on the slot machines. Like $8-12 per bet. Then I went to Durango the next day and it was PACKED. The minimums were nice and low and the pay tables apparently set pretty high as I gambled there for a whole afternoon without losing anything. I really don't need status match at a place with such high limits. I already don't gamble much at MGM properties when I'm in town because they have such high limits and low pay tables.

One thing to keep in mind is that it's 'one and done' with the credits - $150 Food and Beverage needs to be used in one seating! Same thing with the $150 spa credit - if you only use say $80 you loose the remaining balance! Keep that in mind.

We didn't go when we went in January because we were still mad that they kicked you and Enrique and all 4000 of us in the live stream off the sidewalk before they opened. Guess we will have to go to get the status match and eat tacos in April. Poor Enrique does he ever eat any food that doesn't have a bite missing...lol. I Plan On Status Matching When We Get There Sadly I'll Only Get Silver With My Diamond Caesars But That's Better Than Nothing, How Did You Guys Get Icon At Hard Rock Was That Another Status Match ?

Just got status matched on 3/2/2024 from Caesars Diamonds Plus but only got matched to Silver with a $100 dining credit. New players get $15 free play but no dining credits, so it’s only $85 more value than a new member. FBs Silver still requires a resort fee, so not sure why they would expect Caesars Diamond Plus members who can get a week of comped stays at Caesars Palace to try them out for min $250/night plus resort fees. Fontainebleau needs to understand that their status matching to lower levels is just a waste of money and most people will not give them a try since we already have Wynn and Encore and I don’t think that too many people would pay more than Wynn & Encore to stay at Fontaine Blue. I did enjoy their Washing Potato restaurant and won some money on their slots. I don’t think I’ll be giving them a try unless they send me a comped stay.

Fontainebleau finally got smart and brought tier matching back. It was so absurd that they shut it down the first day. All the people who were there on opening night were going to be so spread out during the year, no wonder people are saying it's empty. Giving people free parking provides them a reason to come eat & play at your property and waived resort fees incentivise people to stay at your hotel.

this would be an elite hotel if the location was center strip. since everyone has to go out of their way to get there, they need to take a loss on the first few years of being open.

I think it is pronounced FON TAIN BLUE not fountain. Would be interested if someone found out the correct way. I personally don't like what I have seen of Fontainbleu. It reminds me of an airport. The perks are all great if you can afford the room rates. I heard that they are failing.

FB looks great but it’s another one of those places I wouldn’t feel comfortable in…. I couldn’t be my awkward self The food looked good but the price I couldn’t stomach
