@@Sam................ Come on now, this has been a problem with Jerry for over 30 years now. Jimmy, Bill, now Mike. Every single made guy has had a problem with Jerry overstepping his duties as owner. I played a pro sport for 11 seasons, very few coaches, especially guys with legit resumes would allow ownership to keep formally sticking their noses into the locker room or coaches room. I was on a team in which we had to physically pry the coaches hands away from the GM's neck for simply being the mouthpiece for the owner when he wanted to see a certain guy play more. Let your football...

Right but people become used to it and start blaming other people too much when the majority of the blame needs to be place on Jerry. Sure the other guys can play better that’s hard to do when your boss constantly has a circus around you. Imagine you worked in an office and your boss had 2 dogs constantly roaming around, a bunch of loud music playing and there’s a constant stream of loud talking people coming in and out of the office. It would be a struggle to do your job properly.

The media has told lies about cowboys fans for a decade now. Born and raised in DFW and every single person in the city from Frisco to Weatherford is waiting on Jerry Jones to die so we can thrive again. It’s actually common conversation with strangers at local stores and barbershop. The worst part is that we turn the tv on and gotta hear Stephen A and Shannon make us out to be delusional fanbase who blindly supports Jerry Jones. Dawg…… we. all. hate. this. man. Lastly, this report about Mike McCarthy is gonna get him a lot of respect from the fans for standing up to Jerry since no one will. Call his old ass out!!!

I've heard Jerry Jones get the blame for the Cowboys not winning a title for years now but I don't buy it. If anything we may blame the Cowboys choices in QB going back to Tony Romo who was a back up who was thrust into the job due to injury just like Dak. I think Dallas could be a top QB away from making a serious run, and I'm not even a cowboy fan.

The Dallas Cowboys are worth $9.2 billion. They're the strongest brand in sports. Jerry Jones can practically print money. Two topics that consistently fuel sports talk shows are LeBron James and the Dallas Cowboys. If the Cowboys win another Super Bowl, will it significantly improve the brand? No. Jones is dealing from a business perspective, not a winning perspective. He ain't beat if the Cowboys never win another SB, no matter what he says publicly. As far as Mike McCarthy, he's easily replaceable.

It is when Jerry doesn’t replace the injured linemen, linebackers, DBs, a RB, a true number 2 WR and forcing an undersized edge rusher to play middle linebacker. That’s what happens when the team owner is also the team president and GM. He wants all the credit? He gets all the blame too.

How is 12-5 for the last 3 seasons not winning? McCarthy should have been fired after the Green Bay game and he wasn't. Jerry didn't lose that Packers game. McCarthy was not prepared and got out couched. Stop with the spin against Jerry. You can't go 12-5 for 3 years in a row without a great built team. So which was it Dak or McCarthy that won 12 games the last 3 seasons?

Execution, physicality, focus, is lost cuz of him. So Jerry has authority and if they fail he won't hold the accountable. But Dak, Cd, Parsons, haven't been paid. Zeke, bad contract....who else?

He’s the owner, GM & team president. He’s botched his team salary cap, soured relationships & loyalty with his players, fails to fill a competitive roster that miraculously overachieved last year despite all the players that were out due to injury. Brou said it 10:30 teams need different minds collectively trying to complete the goal. Jerry has no opposition to his bad decision making.

Cowboys have the best winning pct of all time regular season. They win a lot of regular season games. Playoffs games? Well they use to win those also but they have not had a QB since Aikman good enough to win playoff games. Most players since the 90s dynasty teams are over rated over payed hyped up bums like Micah Parsons is now. Parsons disappears in the big games. Persons spins around like the electric football players do
