I dont understand how Edmonton is taking a run at anyone. Maybe they buy out or trade Jack Campbell but they only have 9 million in cap space and have a lot of players needing contracts. They have 15 players on their roster and 3 of them are goalies. If they move Cambel they still only have 14 million for 9 players. I dont see how Edmonton doesnt regress.

If you listen to hroneks agent on a recent podcast he basically called out Vancouver media and one guy in particular saying how Hronek wasn't signing for any less than 8 million and called it complete bullshit and how that was literally never part of negotiations so goes to show you how much these guys and their sources know

Stamkos 3 years - obviously if he doesn’t re-sign. We have a short window with Miller, Stamkos fills the gap and the money can be used to re-sign Hughes in 3 years
