I'm from wa and I'm wondering why everyone on the East Coast is scared of letting their tyres down? I run 305s or 315s andThe moment I hit the sand its 15psi to start with and late summer its down to 8psi to get off the beach. I'm in an NA hzj105 BTW.

Spending 30 mins to get up one dune is obviously quicker than 5mins letting tyres down. People need to understand that running 8 psi on sand will not end the world

Banging and jumping the vehicle with a chance to destroy cvs, mounts, suspension, etc is better than spending 15 minutes airing up!

Yeah haha so many hate letting tyres down. I did fraser in my 200.. high range everywhere.. was easy..

Always good fun at fraser

The car is carrying a lot of loads contributing to its heavyweight and the tire pressure makes it difficult to cut through sand.

Not everyone has a V8 a lot of cut up tracks for your video. Tyres don’t look like 20psi to me.

Thats right typical of young males with fuel guzzling V/8S destroying tracks.This is why park rangers put wooden roads at these locations.Inthe old days 70s & 80s the island was a lot harder to travel but we managed low tyre pressure (cross ply rounded tread type 15 x8 rims wheels spinning a little faster than road speed & not digging holes).Young folk with high power 4x4s think foot flat to the floor will get them through.That area of fraser is the only spot now where its at bit difficult.

tracks get old, as do we, let them deteriorate, as do we, let the kids have their fun :D

I always find 13-15 on unbeaded good for sand, and drive it like it stolen, that key

How not to do and kept reapeating just to makes sure not to go about it the way they did👏

Heard of physics your extremely heavy modded 79 is struggling as due to all the added weight not to mention it being underpowered also lower psi will work way better.

These cars are sh*t off-road and are only good for destroying the tracks, so others can’t use them. Any decent Land Rover with Terrain Response tech would eat this track for breakfast
@dekaOsiris3 жыл бұрын
They're actually very decent offroad, extremely capable, but yeah when you see tracks destroyed like this it does give them a bad name.. Instead of reversing and continuing to destroy the track they should have opted to get the maxtrax's out...
