Ya it's insane how much muscle these dudes carry around when just a few years back it was like a beach body contest. These guys are legit bodybuilders and should get the credit they deserve!

Keith Jones basically yhey are small jointed bodybuilders at this point. I see no difference from open except open guys are thicker and have bigger joints/bones. I think some of these guys beat open bb in terms of proportion like shoulder to waist ratio etc

@@Trenacetate43 ya that makes sense for the most part but you see some guys that as they progress and add more muscle they outgrow the divisions and have to keep going up and up til they finally are in the open. Some guys are fine with where they are and just maintain their physique like Andre Ferguson said he is dominating the division do why would he leave it.

@@ManiacFitness Nah I think its their genetics. most of the top mens physique guys are already drugged almost to the max. They can't get bigger anymore, most guys that try to up their division always end up doing poorly. (e.g, sadik switching to classic) . Their genetics are not made for that, most of the time they are delusional and cant accept that fact. Like frank zane said that he cant get bigger no matter what so he focused on what made him great symmetry and proportion.

I like that he doesn't use crazy weight and loose form. Proof that mind-body connection and really feeling the muscle squeeze can build a great physique (and less risk of injuries too).

Guys, I want to take BCAAs but its hard for me to take Them before, during or after my workout. Does it make a difference if I just take Them when I wake up or go to bed? Do I need to take them around a workout?

A waste of money. You get all the BCAA you need in your protein. Basically the sacrificial amino acids. If money is no object, you may see 2-5% improvement.

Above all people on this channel. I never thought even he would keep the myth alive -_- Deadlifts DO NOT MAGICALLY THICKEN YOUR BACK! I noticed on thing here that is making Brandon THINK that deads are "magical". I see no tradional rows. No T-Bar, no barbell rows, no close grip cable rows, wide, rope etc. He got the stretching part down 100%. For that unquie rows with the 40 dumbbell. Lighten the weight by 5 pounds down, stretch as he did then hold it in the middle of the contraction game over. Sorry but I am getting sick and tired of people thinking Deads thicken the back magically or tradional squats is the anwser to huge legs. That's enough with that bull. Paul dillet had the biggest legs at that time for sure and he never squatted. Jordan peters has similiar leg development like Tom Platz and he doesn't squat at all. Then deads, I forgot the powerlifter's name but he even said deads don't bulid the back actual back exercises do. Okay, if deads REALLY bulid the back, then how come I see those faurk whatever dudes have a back that is flat as a sheet rock yet all they do is deads. My point exactly.

I've always treated deads as a glute/hamstring exercise. But the debate rages on.

THANK YOU MUSCLE AND STRENGTH! You're not alone I got your back! There is a difference beeteen activating a muscle and actually contracting. Jerry Ward is another he explains why it is a basic ass exercise. All anyone is doing is picking an object up from the ground up. And the best exercise for Hams (only I actually do deads) is strict deads for the hams. For the ass Jefferson squats. I have watched and experimented and can as stiff leg deads are the best since they strength the hams like no tomorrow. Jeffersons put the the body in a flexed almost doing the spilt stance and once anyone is in that stance you feel your legs fire but the glutes as well. Yet ever praises tradional squatting I feel and believe they "think" they look hardcore. Stupidity is all I have to say.

@@michaeld2416 it's quite possible to build sufficient muscle using these and similar exersizes. He's never claimed to be natural and if someone wants to know what steroid stack to take reach their goals,take a look on Google. I think the main factor is hard work,a good understanding of how the muscle works and dedication.
