Amazing how the colour of your eyes changed when you put the linen blazer on!!! I would never wear black and navy together. I'm 60 so .... I'm from that mind set when it was taboo BUT I have to agree this specific combination looks very good! I think I've mentioned before that I don't wear pants or jeans..... maybe once a month if it's really cold. So, I just imagine your outfits worn with skirts and my favourite would be the white top and navy jacket. I also love what you did with the cardigan neckline!!!

Love the high heels you flashed at us in the opening. LOL. Pin-striped navy blue suits are the Platonic ideal of classic. There are lots of dark blues, but the only navy blue is that which must be viewed in full spectrum light to be certain it's not black. When we were kids, the de rigueur colors for Easter Sunday services were a true navy blue with khaki or camel or taupe; otherwise, it had to be frank (stark) white polka dots or stripes with the navy blue. No one can ever steal your identity because of your "click, click, click" signature statement and hand gestures and the rhythms of your voice while saying it. It is a Frederique original.

Navy and black are my basic colors for jeans and slacks. Classic, easy, complimentary and chic. I do not wear dresses or skirts since the pandemic. I love all the looks. I do not have a favorite! Not true … YOU are my favorite! See you next time! ❤️ Suzy

For me the cardigan make me feel like my grand mother but I found one that have a square form a bit shorter than your and I bought it in black and in green. I think I will wear those a lot because it’s cosy, confortable and suits my style better than the traditional one more adjusted but I love navy bleue it’s always chic, nice and give me more tan even more since I keep my gray hair . Xxx

Yes the Lily silk navy blue sleeveless blouse with the Carmel coat and also with the black pants. I wish I could find basic short coats (like yours) that are form fitting enough for my petite frame. I only see oversized blazers now days In CA. Trench coats are popular here now also. I like the striped long sleeve Tee you're wearing, it's so French looking to me. Navy blue works well with black in that outfit because the blue is not too dark, so there is contrast. All the outfits look nice, and they can easily be dressed up or made more casual, which makes them even more versatile.

I like the black with navy. I also like Forrest green with navy even though they say blue and green should never be seen. My favourite was the camel pants and top with navy coat. Very elegant.

Hi Frederique today I had my grey jeans ,grey sweater and navy sleeveless puffer on , I just added my navy tote bag and it looked very stylish. Now that I'm turning 50 I'm more into grey and navy as my neutrals as I was obsessed with black in my younger days .It's suits my complexion better I think Lots of love from South Africa 🇿🇦❤

I think the Navy silk top goes beautiful with black pants. The Navy because it is silk has a nice shine to it and it doesn't look so very dark and therefore I think it's beautiful with the pants.

I love navy and black together! All winning combinations! It is also beautiful with red. Dior said that navy is daytime black. Inès de la Fressange is a proponent of navy as well. Lately, I have been in agreement with them both!

I like how you make the top of the cardigan sweater into a V instead of a crew neck. I will definitely try that as it is better for my body shape. Love! ❤️ it!
