Thanks for the video. I like snow pea pods with the peas just starting for stir fry and such. They come so fast so I am going to try freeze drying them. There's so little info out there so thanks for pioneering the subject.

This turned out to be great timing, I'm about to pick my peas now and freeze dry them. I'll be making a stir fry mix with some of them.
