This is like a parent of a kid with Autism's worst nightmare. People using his idiosyncrasies for their own shits and giggles while the kid relishes in the attention even though he is the butt of the joke because in his mind he finally has "friends". Fucking heartbreaking.

as someone with autism it is incredibly disheartening to see someone in my community get so neglected by the systems around them. it is very clear to me that Josh needs structured support in his life like a caretaker or program to assist adults with higher needs autism. I have no issue with someone on the spectrum having a social media presence but he's being taken advantage of by his fans and especially by Michael. I hope that Josh finds a community that supports him and gets him the help he needs. i honestly dont know what someone outside of his life can do to help him.

I use to think the internet back then was crueler back then, and that we would not have another phenomena like Chris-chan, where we documented every aspect of their lives out of morbid interest. I think I am wrong. The trolling of Chris in the late 2000s is much more benign than those experienced by Daniel Larson and Joshua Block. Instead of BlueSpike being the exception to Liquid Chris and Alec Benson Leary, trolls like Bluespike are the norm.

People with autism & adhd are more likely to develop addiction’s especially when it’s gone undiagnosed or untreated due to under stimulation (therapy or pharmaceuticals) easily leaves one open to be able to abuse substances like alcohol. It’s easy to acquire bc of the lack of legality around it, it makes your brain slow down or not feel like it’s attacking itself, it makes you feel or believe you’re grounded in yourself because everything is quiet and you aren’t scripting in your head or masking, thinking and overthinking each little twitch of your own actions or feeling every little fiber on your skin. I was coerced into drinking at 19 by a man a few years older than me and he dangled it like a reward since he eventually knew about the abusive circumstances I grew in. I stayed like that for years so much so that I don’t remember the ages between 20/21-27, and the year before last I had a psychotic break bc of alcohol abuse. I still have no clue how I’ve lived this long yet I’m only 29, I’ve been near death so many times but I’m proud to say I’m 6 months sober because of the help I got which came in the form of my younger sister support and compassion. Of course I had to want to change & put in the effort but just knowing someone, a single person would give more than a shit if I killed my self is what helped give me the strength to not push over that line to end my own life. Having autism, adhd or any sort of ASPD & developmental delays while trying your best to function on a day to day basis is absolute torture. Withdrawals from alcohol are the equivalent of neuropathy you can’t sleep to the point of hallucination nor can you eat or move. You just shiver in place while sweating buckets and trying to breathe, it feels like dying. Lol cow culture and channels like this that feed into it while trying to pretend to be an objective “documentation” of a real person who is only getting worse bc of the maladapted freaks who get off on watching people slowly deteriorate/enable him are the lowest bottom feeders that need to be rounded up and hunted for sport. Tom your channel is like your genes, extremely unfortunate yet somehow lucky to have made it so far to “evolve.” Between your awful cadence, lack of any literacy and the jump scare that is your misshapen Pillsbury dough textured ass face, I’m praying on your inevitable down fall 🙏🏾

as someone who teaches at a school for kids with disabilities, mostly autism, it makes me a little sad to see this video.. yes, people like josh are iconic and hilarious without even trying to be.. but they don’t realize how many things they’re doing come across.. josh asking for money for pictures is completely benign and innocent from his point of view. in his mind he’s offering a service that he can ask for money for. he’s autistic. don’t get mad at him :/ with the level of functioning that josh is at, somebody should be looking after him and the things he is doing. the sad truth is many kids with autism, going into adulthood, aren’t being cared for the way they should by the adults around them. parents leave, grandparents die, and these kids/young adults are left without the guidance they need to keep them safe.

I'm a lower supports needs student who graduated with an iep and yeah, this guy definitely needs someone watching over him. I know a lot from my time with the special ed kids and being one myself to say that. Unfortunately almost all lolcows have 1 thing in common. They're higher support needs autistic people. Chris Chan, arguably THE lolcow is obviously autistic, this guy is obviously autistic, along with so many others. It is really unfortunate to see how the internet treats these people and it goes to show that autism is still just as stigmatized as it has ever been.

A friend and I met him at Penn last June and took a picture after seeing Avenged Sevenfold at MSG, he just said “I was on Barstool Sports” and then walked away. 2 days later another friend ran into him at NYC pride, he’s been really easy to notice lately with the captain’s hat, on top of the fact that he just wants to be noticed. Just like Josh I’m from Long Island, so on the train to and from Penn Station and around the city and on the subway my odds of seeing him are pretty high at any given time. You can really tell he just wants to be well known and it’s sad to see the way people have exploited him. I’ll never forget the first time I saw the video of him on the train talking about how his mom died. I truly hope he can get the help he needs sooner rather than later.

Its literally him barhopping with abunch of trolls lol. So like he always shows in his tiktoks one of these NYC bars he goes to over there and he posted the time and place of his tour online. So I go to the bar and see if I could spot him and I didn't think I would or might of missed him by the time I got there. Im just standing outside near the entrance and joke to myself "where tf is this guy?" Then I shit you not I turn to my side and see him and an army of trolls behind him like walking towards me (near the entrance) with his little shit captain's hat on leading them. I even said out loud "holy shit" because it was just such a huge group of people being lead by him and some of the trolls even heard me and laughed. I go inside to watch him and I dont know if it was just him or he was sharing alcohol with the trolls but he bought the most amount of alcohol Ive ever seen a human being drink. I was kind of impressed ngl even though Joshua Block is kind of a bitch. Went to go take a piss in the bar and thought he would still be there with his trolls but they were all gone and he went somewhere else

It's not just the fish tho, it's HOW he acts. It's deranged. Yeah, I have mousetraps in my house that kill mice. I don't take the mouse out and stomp on it while smiling and laughing.

same thing is happening to another "influencer" with autism, ryan trout/ryan the lion. he turned to alcohol and weed, went to rehab for the alcohol, and now he is the self proclaimed "vape god" and we can see in his new videos he looks miserable and his skin is awful. its so sad that he thinks this is what will get him attention cos it clearly has gotten him attention, everyone is trying to tell him to stop but he won't read the comments. its really sad and i pray for that man.

I literally just thought about this guy and then see in this is the tab, his life is horrifying but inspiring (I seriously have to stop drinking and relapsing, it's doing nothing but damage). I'm honestly surprised he's not extremely sick by now

54:06- I believe you meant to say if someone blows a .08 they will get a DWI. You said .8. .8 is beyond alcohol poisoning! Haha. I don't mean to come off as a nag, I just wasn't sure if you meant to say that. If so, I hope I learned you something. I've never heard of most of the people who you talk about but I like your style and idk how common commentary channels are but you definitely should be in the top tier of that group. You do some great work, khed! Haha. Thanks for all the chuckles

I went to school with this kid, it’s sad to see where he’s at right now with his addiction considering I have my own. He seemed like a great kid but once I saw his videos when he was licking the train floor and eating bugs I knew he went off the rail. It’s not his fault though to be fair. Popularity is a poison for sure and it definitely made him do things he never thought he would. I hope for the best for you Josh -from a pmhs drop out who saw nothing but good in you.
