People with autism & adhd are more likely to develop addiction’s especially when it’s gone undiagnosed or untreated due to under stimulation (therapy or pharmaceuticals) easily leaves one open to be able to abuse substances like alcohol. It’s easy to acquire bc of the lack of legality around it, it makes your brain slow down or not feel like it’s attacking itself, it makes you feel or believe you’re grounded in yourself because everything is quiet and you aren’t scripting in your head or masking, thinking and overthinking each little twitch of your own actions or feeling every little fiber on your skin. I was coerced into drinking at 19 by a man a few years older than me and he dangled it like a reward since he eventually knew about the abusive circumstances I grew in. I stayed like that for years so much so that I don’t remember the ages between 20/21-27, and the year before last I had a psychotic break bc of alcohol abuse. I still have no clue how I’ve lived this long yet I’m only 29, I’ve been near death so many times but I’m proud to say I’m 6 months sober because of the help I got which came in the form of my younger sister support and compassion. Of course I had to want to change & put in the effort but just knowing someone, a single person would give more than a shit if I killed my self is what helped give me the strength to not push over that line to end my own life. Having autism, adhd or any sort of ASPD & developmental delays while trying your best to function on a day to day basis is absolute torture. Withdrawals from alcohol are the equivalent of neuropathy you can’t sleep to the point of hallucination nor can you eat or move. You just shiver in place while sweating buckets and trying to breathe, it feels like dying. Lol cow culture and channels like this that feed into it while trying to pretend to be an objective “documentation” of a real person who is only getting worse bc of the maladapted freaks who get off on watching people slowly deteriorate/enable him are the lowest bottom feeders that need to be rounded up and hunted for sport. Tom your channel is like your genes, extremely unfortunate yet somehow lucky to have made it so far to “evolve.” Between your awful cadence, lack of any literacy and the jump scare that is your misshapen Pillsbury dough textured ass face, I’m praying on your inevitable down fall 🙏🏾

I’ve been bullied a lot in school, but I have friends that have looked at these videos of money and put them up their self.s so this guy unfortunately is a dumb ass that would put up things and then not get a clue that every single time you put something up there people are just gonna ridicule😅

A friend and I met him at Penn last June and took a picture after seeing Avenged Sevenfold at MSG, he just said “I was on Barstool Sports” and then walked away. 2 days later another friend ran into him at NYC pride, he’s been really easy to notice lately with the captain’s hat, on top of the fact that he just wants to be noticed. Just like Josh I’m from Long Island, so on the train to and from Penn Station and around the city and on the subway my odds of seeing him are pretty high at any given time. You can really tell he just wants to be well known and it’s sad to see the way people have exploited him. I’ll never forget the first time I saw the video of him on the train talking about how his mom died. I truly hope he can get the help he needs sooner rather than later.

Its literally him barhopping with abunch of trolls lol. So like he always shows in his tiktoks one of these NYC bars he goes to over there and he posted the time and place of his tour online. So I go to the bar and see if I could spot him and I didn't think I would or might of missed him by the time I got there. Im just standing outside near the entrance and joke to myself "where tf is this guy?" Then I shit you not I turn to my side and see him and an army of trolls behind him like walking towards me (near the entrance) with his little shit captain's hat on leading them. I even said out loud "holy shit" because it was just such a huge group of people being lead by him and some of the trolls even heard me and laughed. I go inside to watch him and I dont know if it was just him or he was sharing alcohol with the trolls but he bought the most amount of alcohol Ive ever seen a human being drink. I was kind of impressed ngl even though Joshua Block is kind of a bitch. Went to go take a piss in the bar and thought he would still be there with his trolls but they were all gone and he went somewhere else
