Да на глазок и нет высокоточных приборов для анализа металла, на небольшой ресурс работы хватит замена идёт быстрей. Но им полностью наплевать на САНКЦИИ и Херовы Евростандарты. в космос то-же с таких же мастерских шагнули а не с супер заводов с искуственным интелектом,

Низкооборотистый и не сильно нагруженный кардан, иначе его сразу свернёт. Вполне возможно что это на какие то станки и механизмы, но уж точно не на машину.

Pre greased Thant's how needle bearings stay in , if you pack with to much grease they hydraulic when you press the cup on , done loads of UJ's

Cups pre greased ,if you had done any you would know its what holds needles in , if you pack with to much grease they hydraulic when you press cup on

Most likely is not steel, I cannot imagine that the oven was an electrode oven the creates enough heat for steel, looked more like iron with all the rust on it.

Shoes won't do you any good if molten metal is spilled. The normal procedure is to have a raised walkway so that if the pouring ladle breaks or spills or a flask breaks open you won't get molten metal on your feet. It is never a question in a foundry of if you will have a a molten metal spill, it is a question of when.

이런 제품은 안전에 치명적...열처리라는 계념 자체를 모르는 아주 미개한 작업..그러니 세월이 지나도 발전 가능성이 없는 후진국...주물후 가공전 소재 열처리(QT)도 안하고 가공후 파이널 과정 열처리(고주파)도 안하네
