Serama Rooster and Hen Transformation from Chick to Adult - Serama chicken and rooster growth comparison/gender difference. Development of freshly hatched chicks to adult chicken/cockerel. The chickens are 2 of a total of 6 serama chicks (smallest chickens in the world) hatched from the egg (hatched in the hatchery) after a breeding period of 20/21 days. I documented the growth of the chicks every day for the first few weeks, and every week thereafter, recording all stages of development and growth from the bantam chicks hatched from the egg to adult hen and crowing rooster.

I just adopted two hens and a young handsome rooster. These tiny amazing chickens are the most sweetest, personable little birds, I've ever had and I've had alot of chickens. Next to my black Silkie Bantams, the Seramas are my treasures 🐥🐓🐔

I have two roosters and three on the way, I am in love with these little guys! They make wonderful pets and companion animals, as well as brooders.
