Bro. Una observación en la sentadilla, no soy quien para decirlo pero trabaja en ti movilidad en tu tobillo derecho, lo alzas al bajar y la fuerza se te va sobre la rodilla, es una observación solamente para que no te vayas a lesionar las rodillas. Saludos.
