This helped me bring the challenge within outward. I lost my pacing. I nearly fell. I missed some poses. I broke a big sweat. Yet, I kept going. It wasn’t easy, yet at the end it felt so worth it and I felt so thankful to you for challenging me to go further.

Loved it! Great session. I needed to get off the wrists and do some wrist rotations during the bear walk and side plank crunches. But not bad for this older gal body. 🙂

@@sarahbethyoga Speaking of the core routine, what's the proper way to do bear twists? I noticed your arms are mostly straight, and you can get your hips to the ground in that position. I can't - I need to bend an arm; e.g., if I'm going down to the left, I can keep my right arm straight, but need to bend my left arm quite a bit, to get my left hip to the ground. Should I be focusing more on keeping my arms straight or more on touching the hips to the ground?

Seemed like it was going to be exactly what I was looking for because it's labeled as "no flow" and vinyasa hurts my shoulders, but I found myself needing to skip a flow sequence early on so needed to stop. We probably have different frames of reference for what "no flow" means 😅 but wanted to offer my feedback!

Yup, not what i was expecting. I should have known better cause the clip was that red/pink color. But was tricked by the "no flow" but i did best i could and im proud of myself. Thank you SB! I think tomorrow's yoga is gooing to be a Hatha routine lol im gonna NEED it.

Good morning yoga friend, Just wanted you to know this was awesome. But I was fussing you out once you started with those bear crawls and twist. You talking about keep your breath and smile. So much sweat was going down my face and I was not trying to smile😅. We were no longer friends at that point😅😅😅😅😅😅! It was a great workout, I would definitely try this again to get stronger than it thank you and have a blessed wonderful day Sarah

For some reason -probably bad posture- I felt the bear walks more on my knees than my core (and I chose this practice specifically because I thought it be easy on my lower body. Joke's on me 😆)
