Boost your energy and strengthen your body with this power practice using the Sun C sequence from the 60 minute ENERGY Power Yoga Class found in the SarahBethYoga APP: www.sarahbethy...
You'll warm up your spine, chest and legs then move into the first round of the Sun C sequence where you hold powerful balancing and warrior poses with a wild thing infused vinyasa at the end. Then repeat that same sequence 1 breath, 1 movement, before cooling down and resting in savasana. You'll learn to use your breath to stay focused, calm and strong. This is an intermediate practice with fewer cues.
I highly recommend you modify and skip poses to make the first time through a strength-building practice. Then each time you repeat a sequence from the ENERGY Collection in the SarahBethYoga APP to challenge yourself to practice more of the poses that you modified or skipped last time. Eventually, over time you will condition your body, breath, and wrists with this sustainable approach to this intense power class. Hint: This is exactly how I conditioned myself to be able to film this on camera with strength. Trust me, take it slow. Harness your energy.

Okay I thought I was the only one losing balance during the one leg transitions but turns out a lot of people found it challenging. Wow, I’ve been practicing yoga daily for six years and thought I had a decent amount of lower body strength, but this was a tough one! Loved the poses and transitions though and will definitely come back here again. Thanks for this fun but challenging flow 🙏

I’ve been practicing yoga for years, little studio but mostly at home and mostly sarahbethyoga. I have never felt the need to comment before. But way to go on this flow. It’s challenging and unpredictable which really sets you up for full focus on listening to instruction and focusing on the body and breath. Sometimes when I’ve repeated a video too many times or a flow is standard and routine my mind can wander more. I found myself fully present on my mat during this. Keep growing!

I thank you for this. This session was challenging because I don't do 30min often but I wanted to try something different in my inner Yogi self today, and I made it. Just waking up in Greece Counting down my last days, just wanted to get back into my Yoga routine for when I get back home. It was real beautiful this morning, thank you for being a true gem and a great yogi friend period🤗💪🏽

Wow 🤩 after almost 4 weeks of vacation i choose this sequence today to practice yoga again. Quite challenging to balance into airplane and half moon in a smoot way 😊 love it though. Feels so good afterwards. Wishing everyone a blessed day and happy Maha Shivratri 🙏🏾

"Land gracefully in warrior two..." was a great aspiration and eventually I nailed it. I had never seen the Wild Thing recoil toe-touch move, so that was cool.
